Only a six-minute drive from Plainview hospital, our Lenox Hill Radiology location in Plainview (formerly Medical Arts Radiology) is centrally located on Long Island in the Manetto Hill Shopping Center. At this location, we provide biopsies, CT/MRI/PET scans, DEXA Bone Density scans, 3D Mammograms and Calcium Scoring. We also have Fluoroscopies, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasounds and X-rays. Lenox Hill Radiology | Plainview has been designated as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This status recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in all of the College’s voluntary, breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program. The breast imaging services at our Plainview location are fully accredited in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. Peer review evaluations, conducted in each breast imaging modality by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field, have determined that this facility has achieved high practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs.
